Anxiety Attacks: What Causes Them?

With different anxiety attacks comes with different causes and reasons. I classified reasons for the purposes of discussion only. We have seen too much adrenaline can cause panic attacks, but what contributed to overproduction of this chemical? The list is very long.

* Body. For example, diet, tight clothes, low blood pressure, inner ear problems, and so on.

* Emotional / physical and psychological. For example, the exhaustion of the nerves, causing muscle spasm or hyperventilation.

* Emotional. For example. Exhausted nerve, causing anxiety or depression

* Spirit. For example, despair, no vision beyond the painful reality, or the fear of death.

Physical condition

* Dieting, fasting, and unstable blood sugar levels. Why variation in the extent of glucose in the blood cause panic attacks.

* Discover the chest, tight clothes, chest problems. Any restrictions in the chest, can lead to hyperventilation. Hyperventilation is the physical cause panic attacks
